You are about to register for FSY. Please take some time to read all questions carefully and answer them correctly. Better to get it right first time as the information you provide will be used throughout the FSY session.

 

Before you register make sure you have your contact details, your parents and bishops email adress, as well as information about medical needs you might have.

After all information has been entered, you will have to download a form, which both you and your parent/legal guardian will have to sign. After submission of the form, the Session Administrators will check your registration and a confirmation email will be sent to you, your parent and your Bishop.

 

Please note: You will not be able to edit any information you enter once you get to the form upload stage - so please make sure all entries are checked by the parent who will sign the form before you continue to download the form.
